Registration

All are welcome, regardless of gender, background or seniority

The workshop is free to attend but there is a limited number of seats available, so we encourage you to register early. For catering purposes, please register here no later than 10 August 2014. If you are interested in attending the workshop dinner on Thursday 28th August, please read the information below before beginning the registration process.

We are pleased to provide travel funds for those interested in attending the workshop. Travel support will be allotted to those who most need it, in a way that is supportive of the workshop diversity goals. All things being equal, preference will be given to applicants from Major Sponsor institutions. Please submit the funding application by midnight on 10 Aug 2014. We will contact you by email once we have allocated the funds.

Because the workshop will be held during a parliament sitting week, we strongly recommend that you book your travel and accommodation as soon as possible.

Although childcare will not be provided at the workshop, we may be able to assist you in finding a suitable place. Please contact the organisers at 2014WiA_LOC@mso.anu.edu.au, if you require assistance with child care.

The current list of registered participants can be found at the bottom of the registration page.

Workshop Dinner

Rather than a traditional large group dinner, we will be splitting up those who register for dinner over multiple restaurants, each with a representative from the LOC and SOC. With a mix of participants at each table, we will discuss the issues that have arisen during the meeting in a smaller, more personal setting.
Please ensure that you bring enough cash to cover your meal at dinner, as we are not having you pay in advance. At the time of registration you will be asked to indicate which restaurant you would like to dine at. The available options are (links will take you to the menu):

We have reserved the Back Room at PJ O'Reilly's pub (52 Alinga St) from 8:30pm, where all are welcome to mingle and continue discussions with the larger group.
