This presentation will show Andor commercial instruments such as Charge Coupled Devices (CCDs), Electron Multiplying CCDs (EMCCDs), and Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (sCMOS) cameras, with the aim of offering an overview of their functionalities. At the same time, a few implementations for each camera will be provided, to elucidate their possible applications both in Astronomy and Quantum research fields. |
