"Andor cameras portfolio for assisting in the Astronomical and quantum research."

Andor OI is a global leader in the development and manufacture of high-performance scientific digital cameras, microscopy systems, and spectrographs for academic, industrial, and governmental applications. Through continuous dialogue with customers and strong teamwork, we continue to innovate our product collection, with the auspice of improving the quality of scientific research and, ultimately, the world we live in. The main aim of Andor is to accelerate the scientific advancements of our age, tackling the necessities of our customers in their own research field. In this regard, Andor’s extensive portfolio of high-performance imaging cameras, spectroscopy, and microscopy solutions is suited to a wide range of applications across physical science and life science, offering a superb combination of sensitivity, speed, and dynamic range. This presentation will show Andor commercial instruments such as Charge Coupled Devices (CCDs), Electron Multiplying CCDs (EMCCDs), and Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (sCMOS) cameras, with the aim of offering an overview of their functionalities. At the same time, a few implementations for each camera will be provided, to elucidate their possible applications both in Astronomy and Quantum research fields.
