Using data obtained with the Dark Energy Camera on the Blanco 4-metre telescope in Chile between 2013 and 2019, the Dark Energy Survey (DES) has observed hundreds of millions of galaxies and obtained light curves for tens of thousands of extragalactic transients. DES is using these data to constrain the properties of dark energy. In this talk, I will present results obtained from data that were taken during the first three years of the survey, and will then summarise work that is being done now to analyse the full dataset. |
