"Shocks in SAMI Galaxies"
| The SAMI Galaxy Survey has now observed more than a thousand galaxies from the nearby universe. I will give an overview of the SAMI Galaxy Survey data and discuss some of the work being done by RSAA on the emission line properties, in particular the complexities associated with identifying shocks and some of the interesting galaxy features we’ve found to date. |
