Title: Rebuilding the Commonwealth Solar Observatory
Description: Rebuilding the Commonwealth Solar Observatory building commenced in May 2006, and is due to be complete by end of January 2007. The external appearance of the east, west and south aspects of the building will be returned as nearly as practical to the original 1920s design. On the northern side will be a new Common Room. The rest of the building interior will be converted to a modern office complex and library.
