PSI Meetings
The Planetary Science Institute is pleased to announce an upcoming series of seminars in which interested academics and students (from all areas in RSES and RSAA) will explore current puzzles/outstanding issues in planetary science.
Discussion topics include: The bulk composition and early differentiation of the Earth; The synthesis of the Elements; Solar system formation, composition and timescales; Exo-Planets and The Moon, Venus and Mars.
The main objective of the series is to stimulate the exchange of ideas among researchers and students interested in these areas. Each topic will be discussed for at least two sessions. The initial presentation will be led by an academic, but students are encouraged to present papers and lead follow up discussions in subsequent meetings.
If you would like to participate in the seminars, or have any suggestions, please contact Aditya Chopra. Students are particularly encouraged to attend.
