Aris Tritsis

Hello and welcome to my homepage! I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics at Mount Stromlo Observatory working in Christoph Federrath's research group.

In 2017, I received my PhD from the University of Crete (UoC) under the supervision of Kostas Tassis.

I studied Physics at the University of Ioannina (UoI) and in 2013 I graduated with a master's degree in Astrophysics from the University College of London (UCL).

I use the The Flash code, an own-developed line radiative transfer code and observations to study the initial stages of star formation.

When I am not working I like to spend my days on the beautiful island of Ithaki in Greece, where I am originally from.
