So it’s not a particularly dangerous design flaw, but the 777 I just flew on has the entertainment controls in the armrest, the top of the armrest. They didn’t think that anyone would perhaps put their arms on the rests, thus changing my volume unwittingly? The AA entertainment system isn’t as good as in the Qantas 747 I was on last either…
