We got off the plane at 5:30 am, picked up our car and drove to Virginia Waters. A nice park to stretch the legs after so long in the plane.

We checked into the cottage we'd rented in the village of Ipsden. It's a converted stable and the bed was in a stall. Very comfortable.

The neighbours owned an albino peacock which roosted outside our bedroom window one night. They don't shutup and screech regularly throughout the night.
