The Equation of State

The ionisation stage of the heavier elements.

Plot as a function of Log(T) and Log(rho). The black track through the plot, shows the location of the sun for comparison. A value of 1.0 means fully ionised. I my calculations I have included the first 30 elements, so this plot depicts the summed ionisation of Li through Zi.
