Directions to University House and Mt Stromlo Observatory

From Sydney: You will drive into Canberra on Northbourne Avenue. There will be a sign (to the right) to the ANU campus just before the city centre. There is an entrance into the ANU campus from Barry Drive (which intersects Northbourne Avenue) opposite McCaughey Street, see section H4 of the campus map. A detailed map of the ANU campus can be found here. University House is buildings 1 and 1a on this part of the map.

Please ask at the UH desk for directions to Mt Stromlo as they should have an extended map of Canberra. If not, you can find a very good map in the front section of the Yellow Pages. Mt Stromlo Observatory is off Cotter Road to the west of the city.
