To get to Mollymook, we recommend that travellers in the Sydney/Canberra region drive in personal vehicles, or take a train/bus as described below. For people coming from further afield, you might consider renting a car in Canberra/Sydney - Delta Europcar has vehicles for $46 per day, and this will give you the flexibility to do what you want (and if you were to share this several ways, it is not expensive). Another option is hitching a ride with a local astronomer who is driving to the ASA meeting. When you register, you can specify a time that you require a ride, whether you are leaving from Sydney or Canberra, and we will do our best to match people up. Finally, for those who want a firm (but cheap) method of transport to the South Coast, take a train/bus from Sydney.
