For details refer to Garry Kitley log book by using test date. Only Amplifier C and B tested so far. 1442AN04-01 is a possible, but has a cross on it, which needs to be washed off. The other amplifiers, A&D, of all chips need to be tested.
Standard setup, found on SSO SUNS at /home/gjk/work/ccd_config/astromed_3200/CCD12_Site2048x2048
was used for all tests.
| 1509 | C,B | 970819 | amp c - about 20 bads columns; one column generates dark current, but it starts at the edge, so maybe OK from amp b; changed volts to spec sheet; no difference; started with CCD12 chardware.cnf; noise 16 ADUs with pgain 8; rough est of well depth >200ke; won't try amp b, the bad columns will be similar; | ||
| 426A1BR12-01 | C | 970821 | elect grade that came with CCD#12; amp c - did not respond to light, just low noise (12 ADUs); | ||
| 426A1BR12-01 | B | 970901 | amp b; did not respond to light, just low noise (12 ADUs); | ||
| 1513CR16-01 | C | 970901 | amp c; bright down left side; no response to light; | ||
| 1513CR16-01 | B | 970904 | amp b; bright down left side; no response to light | ||
| 1442AN04-01 | C | amp c front illuminated; looks goods; noise approx 20 ADUs; 1 bad column; no gain measurements done; readout seemed to 2 images overlapped when sub image taken; will measure gain when equipment available |
