UofH Templeton Test Dewar Assembly Pictures

Status, August 8th, 2006

This dewar has now been fitted with our E2V Mech. Sample CCD #1.
It is hoped to begin imaging with this detector tomorrow (9th August)
at Room temperature - after which we will pump and cool the device
ready for quantification on Wed and Thursday (9th & 10th August 2006)

Thanks to Peter Conroy for the design of the mechanical interface,
and to Col Vest who has done the mechanical fabrication.
Thanks also to Andre de Gans and Bernie Keys who are fabricating
the electronics parts for the inside and outside connectivity.
