Grisms and Utilities

The available grisms are long 1"x128" slit in J, H, and K, with two-pixel resolving powers of 500 (Positions 11,6,16 on Utility Wheel, below), and short 1"x15" slit cross-dispersed in IJ, JH, and HK, with giving two pixel resolving powers of 1100 (Positions 3,8,14 on Utility Wheel). Slits can be widened up to 10" at the expense of spectral resolution (using Aperture Wheel, above.
