Aloha Brian,

	I know all my colleagues at Keck join me in extending to you and
yours at Mt. Stromlo heartfelt condolences on your horrendous loss.
Worldwide astronomy is the poorer today.
	On a personal note, my thoughts turn to Bart Bok, who I almost
considered my astronomy "father", and in whose house my first wife, Holly,
and I were married in 1969.  I still proudly retain our marriage license
with Bart's and Pricella's witnesses signatures.
	A sad day for us all.
