Project Description: |
The Sun’s dark spots, flares, prominences and coronal mass
ejections provide us with graphic demonstrations of the importance
of magnetic phenomena on the Sun. These phenomena have also
been observed on young Sun-like stars but on a much larger scale. In
the project we are searching for young Suns so that we can
understand the process that create these magnetic phenomena. |
