Goals:
- Observe the processes of star and planet formation in class 0 - I objects.
- Resolve inner structures (gas and dust) at ~ 10 mm
- Measure accretion rates and dynamics (l/Dl ~ 3000 to 30,000 at 2 - 10 mm)
- Understand the Initial Mass Function
- See 1 MJup planets in images:
- to 8 pc for old objects
- to the Orion nebula (500 pc) for young objects
